What to expect on your first class

Your first time coming to our studio? Welcome!

Before Your Class

  • Book your class through our website or app.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to get set up and familiar with the equipment—our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

  • No experience is needed! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels.

During Class

  • Your instructor will guide you through the entire workout and provide support throughout class.

  • Modifications and progressions are offered, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you.

  • Move at your own pace and intensity—we’re here to encourage, not judge.

  • Expect upbeat music, positive energy, and an effective full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training.

After Class

  • You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and maybe a little sweaty!

  • Some muscle soreness is normal, especially if it’s your first class. Be sure to hydrate, stretch, and give your body time to recover.

  • Don’t be surprised if you’re hooked after your first class—many people are! Be sure to book your next session before spots fill up.
