What to expect on your first class
Your first time coming to our studio? Welcome!
Before Your Class
Book your class through our website or app.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes.
Arrive 10 minutes early to get set up and familiar with the equipment—our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
No experience is needed! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels.
During Class
Your instructor will guide you through the entire workout and provide support throughout class.
Modifications and progressions are offered, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you.
Move at your own pace and intensity—we’re here to encourage, not judge.
Expect upbeat music, positive energy, and an effective full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training.
After Class
You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and maybe a little sweaty!
Some muscle soreness is normal, especially if it’s your first class. Be sure to hydrate, stretch, and give your body time to recover.
Don’t be surprised if you’re hooked after your first class—many people are! Be sure to book your next session before spots fill up.
